No offence to her royal highness Dolly Parton but we’re throwing out the ‘9 to 5’ rule book and choosing what work looks like for us. Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, we work flexibly at times that support our productivity and wellbeing.
United by a sense of community
We volunteer, fundraise, donate and advocate for our communities in Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire. From small changes to make our lives kinder to the planet to gifting our time as governors to support local schools, our passion for our work shines both inside and outside of the office.

There’s nothing the Athene team love more than an inspiring webinar, a helpful podcast, or an insightful training session. We’re continually developing our practice, keeping up with industry news and honing our skills.
